Our Guarantee

We stand behind The Ardour Mask completely. If it is not working for you, we will make it right - no bureaucracy, no lengthy process.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund. You do not need to return opened product.

This applies to all one-time purchases and to the first delivery of any subscription order.


Unopened Returns

Unopened, sealed packs may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund including your original postage cost. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or we have sent the wrong item, email us at hello@ardourandvale.com with your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.


Subscriptions

Subscription orders may be paused or cancelled after your second delivery. Refunds on subscription orders follow the same 30-day guarantee applied to each individual delivery. If you have been charged for an order you wished to cancel, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.


How to Request a Refund

Email hello@ardourandvale.com with your order number and a brief note on the issue. Every message is read and replied to personally, typically within one working day.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days of confirmation. Funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 working days depending on your card issuer or bank.


Exceptions

We are unable to offer refunds on orders where more than 30 days have passed since delivery, or on items that have been gifted or resold by the original purchaser.
